By accessing and using Travel Softdrive ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Travel Softdrive is a B2B2C platform that connects travel service providers (Suppliers) with corporate customers (Customers) for vehicle rental and travel management services. Our platform facilitates:

Vehicle booking and allocation management
Rate contract management between suppliers and customers
Real-time tracking and duty management
Invoice generation and billing
Integration capabilities for seamless operations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register as either a Customer Admin or Supplier Admin to use the Platform
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be 18 years or older to create an account

3.2 Account Types

Customer Admin: Organizations that book vehicle services for their travel needs
Supplier Admin: Organizations that provide vehicle rental and travel services
Employees: Users invited by admins to manage operations within their organization

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use

5. Business Transactions

5.1 Rate Contracts

All rate contracts are agreements between Customers and Suppliers
Travel Softdrive facilitates the creation and management of rate contracts but is not a party to them
Rate contracts must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Bookings and Payments

Customers are responsible for all bookings made through their account
Payment terms are governed by individual rate contracts
Travel Softdrive may facilitate payments but is not responsible for payment disputes

6. Data and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Travel Softdrive or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Travel Softdrive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
We are not responsible for disputes between Customers and Suppliers
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
